An ice pack can be made and used in many different ways and varieties. The ice pack ive created is simple and will take you around 1:30 min to make. My ice pack will contain water, food coloring/dye, and alcohol. This ice pack is small and its perfect for when your sore in any place and since its little you can carry it in your bag.
The First thing I did was grab a Ziploc bag then I opened it and poured in water about 60% of the bag. After that I poured around 4 tablespoons of alcohol and lastly I put food dye so that when someone opens up the fridge no one will grab it and confuse it with 100% water. I left it in the freezer the whole night. the reason I put alcohol is so the ice pack could be flexible for harder to reach places.
Overall I like the way it came out because it was cheap, reusable, and easy to make. It only took a little over a minute to make this on the go ice pack
